By downloading, installing, or using Bibloom, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the app.

1. Description of Service

Bibloom is a spiritual companion app that provides daily Bible verses, devotionals, prayer journaling, guided meditations, audio content, and AI-powered spiritual guidance through Bluma. All content is intended for inspirational and educational purposes and does not replace professional counselling, medical advice, or pastoral care.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Bibloom. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Bibloom offers free and premium subscription tiers
• Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and governed by Apple's payment terms
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iOS device
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except where required by applicable law
• Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency at checkout

4. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, it will be clearly stated at the time of sign-up. Your subscription will begin automatically at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand. You will not be charged during the trial period.

5. User Content

• You retain full ownership of content you create within Bibloom (prayers, journal entries, gratitude notes)
• Your personal content is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to our servers
• You are responsible for maintaining backups of your personal content
• You must not use Bibloom to create, store, or share unlawful, harmful, or offensive content

6. AI Advisor (Bluma)

Bluma is an AI-powered spiritual companion designed to provide thoughtful, Scripture-based guidance. Please note:

• Bluma is not a real person, licensed therapist, medical professional, or ordained minister
• Responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may not always be perfectly accurate
• Bluma is not a substitute for professional counselling, medical advice, or pastoral care
• For serious personal, mental health, or medical matters, please seek help from a qualified professional

7. Intellectual Property

• All app content, design, branding, and code are owned by Bibloom or its licensors
• Bible text is sourced from public domain translations unless otherwise noted
• Audio content is licensed exclusively for use within the Bibloom app
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without written permission

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the app's source code
• Use the app for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to bypass or circumvent subscription restrictions
• Use automated tools to access or scrape content from the app
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Bibloom is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the app is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bibloom and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app — including but not limited to loss of data, reliance on AI-generated content, or interruption of service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Bibloom at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Bibloom after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes within the app.
